Birds Ferry Lodge offers trampers transfers from the Heaphy Track (mountain bikes accommodated too, luxury accommodation, holistic massage and a hot spa soak! Lodge rooms are ensuite with spectacular views.

First, let us shout you a chilled beer at the end of the Heaphy Track at Kohaihai (West Coast).

Then, be whisked off to Birds Ferry Lodge in your own private transport, just in time for a hot spa soak followed by a Holistic Massage from our in house massage therapist.

A spectacular three course Lodge Dinner with wine follows. This will include our wide range of home grown produce and a menu will be planned around your preferences.

Feather topped beds await with only the sound of the ocean in the distance to sooth you to sleep.

A full cooked breakfast the following morning rounds of your 'recharge' and then transfers either to Westport airport for a flight to Wellington (Daily) and beyond or to public transport or rental car pick up in Westport.
